What To Expect
Every coaching experience begins with a complimentary consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, movement history, lifestyle, and any limitations or areas you would like to improve.
From there, I’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your individual needs. Sessions may include a blend of strength training, mobility work, yoga, breathwork, and recovery practices depending on what will best support your progress.
As we work together, your program evolves alongside your goals, ensuring each session remains intentional, effective, and aligned with where you are in your journey.
Clients may begin with a single session or choose a coaching series. Additional sessions can be added at any time, allowing your practice to grow and develop at a pace that feels right for you.
Location
Private sessions are offered on Oahu in carefully selected outdoor environments or private spaces depending on the session style and conditions. Online sessions are also available at 15% off prices listed.
