I assess your current abilities, training goals, and recovery needs to create a balanced practice that combines strength, mobility, and restoration through personal training and yoga-based movement.


MY STORY

Just me and my mat.

For years, I’ve been traveling and constantly changing locations, oftentimes not having the privilege to join a gym, so I learn how to create a routine that could move with me.

No matter where I was, I always had a yoga mat or even just a towel and a small space to move. That led me to a simple question:

Can I stay strong, healthy, and grounded with nothing but my body, education, and a mat?

To find out, I dove deeper into yoga, calisthenics, breathwork, meditation, and the study of the human body. Along the way, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and earned my Personal Training Certification to expand my knowledge and begin to teach others. 

Today, my goal is to help people take care of themselves no matter their circumstances. Whether they’re at home, traveling, or navigating a busy season of life. I specialize in mat-based movement, often blending yoga and strength training, while incorporating breathwork and meditation to support both the body and mind. I like teaching classes in nature but also feel very lucky when I get to join a gym community and find a communal space and people that feel like home. 

I’m also pursuing my Nutrition Coach Certification because I believe nutrition plays a vital role in how we feel, move, and perform each day.

My philosophy is simple: All you need is a mat and to show up for yourself.
